[ome-users] OMERO.web in 4.4 RC2

Hi Harri,

 By default, with debug turned off, django will not serve static media from the development server. 

If you're running the development server, do

$ bin/omero config set omero.web.debug True


Webadmin has kinda been merged under webclient UI, so we don't provide a login for both.
