Well, that's progress at least.  Would you be willing to send a small
file that demonstrates the voxel depth issue?  I haven't been able to
duplicate it so far with the files that I have here.

It is probably easiest to upload the file directly from Fiji ("Help >
Upload Sample"), but if that doesn't work please let me know.
