[ome-users] tags applied to project or dataset

Hi Brian,

 A Tag only applies (and is only displayed) on the object that you attached it to, E.g. Project, Dataset etc. 

If you want to apply a Tag to all the images in a Dataset, you'd have to select all the images at once and "Batch Annotate" with a Tag.
