Has anybody of you managed to interface Imaris with Omero ?

Another possibility might be to use Imaris 7.2's ImarisXT extension for
Fiji/ImageJ integration, together with the OMERO plugin for ImageJ. I have
not tried it, and the functionality is limited at the moment, but it may
work to get your images from OMERO into Imaris.
