[ome-users] Moving data between groups

Hi Mark,

There are SQL scripts in the bundle that take a user's entire data hierarchy and move that to another group. Let me just check that those are still relevant for 4.3.0, they were mostly only relevant for the purposes of the permissions changes during the 4.1.x --> 4.2.x transition, and I'll get back to you on their usage.
