Dear Caterina Could you tell me the number of channels? We have noticed that some Lif had for example number of channels =5 and in reality only 2 channels existed. When you tried to few the images, it failed. The problem has been fixed. you will have to upgrade and re-import the images unfortunately. That's probably the reason of the problem Jmarie
