[ome-users] restart

Caused by: org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: FATAL: password  
authentication failed for user "omero"

Did you change something in pg_hba.conf so only your old IP address  
was able to connect?

Can you run the following successfully?

psql -h localhost -U omero omero
