[ome-users] restart

Still having problems restarting Omero.

One issue is that the server IP address has been changed to a static IP 
address. In the instructions below to setup environment from the pre-static 
address server, I perhaps in error changed export 
PYTHONPATH=/opt/Ice-3.3/python:$PYTHONPATHd-128-15-155:~gordonlaurie$ to 
export PYTHONPATH=/opt/Ice-3.3/python:$PYTHONPATHd-128-16-28:~gordonlaurie$. 
 This change mimics the new static IP address, but was unsuccessful.  Also 
unsuccessful was a repeat attempt with the old instructions (exactly as 
below).  Obviously have much to learn.
