[ome-users] Leica series import in OMERO

Hi,

I'm importing an .lei project which consists of two image series. Each
series consists of 50 z-planes, with 2 channels (one RGB and one
grayscale) per plane. There are also 2 snapshot images in the project,
so there are 202 images in total.

The series uploads successfully in the latest version of OMERO, creating
2 50-plane images and the 2 snapshots (i.e. 4 images in total). But
there are a couple of problems with the resulting project:

1) Each z-plane is converted into a single 6-channel image. The first
three (RGB) channels are fine, and represent the original RGB image. But
the grayscale image is represented in three further channels which all
appear green in insight.

2) All 4 images are given the same name: the name of the original .lei
file.

Is there any way to avoid these problems when uploading my project? I
can send the files if that would help.
