[ome-users] connection problem.

For what it's worth: we've done a clean install of Beta3.1.1, and
upgraded our existing Beta3.0 system using the instructions, and haven't
had any issues in either case. We're using PostgreSQL 8.3. Thanks to the
OMERO team for all the hard work with the new release!
