[ome-users] connection problem.

Hi Indro-

Questions:

1.  Is this a new install or upgrade?  if an upgrade, see the recent  
thread on the list.

2.  Please do ensure you have followed our directions for  
installation exactly.  This includes accessing OMERO for the first  
time and setting up user accounts.  The detailed instructions are at  
available at:

3.  See above, I hope it's OK I have forwarded your query to the ome- 
users list.
