[ome-users] DBUpgrade fails (Beta3.0.1 to Beta3.1.1)

Hi OMERO.team,

 

I’m trying to upgrade from ‘omero-Beta3.0.1’ to ‘omero-Beta3.1.1’.

 

The database upgrade

 

‘psql -h localhost -U omero omero3 < sql/psql/OMERO3A__11/OMERO3A__5.sql’

 

starts, but leads to a ROLLBACK due the an “syntax error” (at character 975
(“,”), line 23):

CREATE VIEW

FEHLER:  Fehler »syntax error« bei »,« bei Zeichen 975

ZEILE 23:         FOR dup1, dup2 IN EXECUTE sql LOOP

                          ^

[
]

 

Since I am not familiar with SQL, I do not know whether this really

is an error within the script and how to fix it ;-) I am using PostgreSQL
8.1.5,

 all other upgrades since Beta2.1 worked well so far.
