[ome-users] Trouble opening archived images

Hi Nathan,
I'm sorry to hear that Bio-Formats is unable to open your Deltavision files.
You might try using the latest daily build of Bio-Formats (available at
http://loci.wisc.edu/ome/formats-download.html) - a problem similar to this
was fixed not too long ago.
If the latest daily build still doesn't work, could you please send one of
the files that produces this error? If the file is less than 15 MB, you can
send it as an email attachment; otherwise, I can provide you with our FTP
server information off-list.
