[ome-users] Startup scripts

Hi Matthias,

There is a shutdown.sh script in the bin directory of jboss, which can 
probably  do what you need. (I only discovered it today after reading your 
e-mail, because I used to kill the java process to stop omero, but I always 
thought there had to be a better way).
