[ome-users] Unable to log in to Administrator interface

Hi,

After I upgraded Omero to beta 2.2, I can no longer log in with Omero.admin. 
Is this to be expected? I am attaching the error messages I get.

In any case, I had been able to perform administrative tasks using the web 
interface, but now whenever I try to access the web page 
(http://localhost:1099/WebAdmin/) I get a message telling me I am trying to 
open a BIN file, and prompting me to download it instead. Do you know what 
the problem may be? I never edited web.xml.
