[ome-users] Apache2/Mod_Perl Troubles with OME Install

Red Hat had certain versions of Apache2/mod_perl1.99 RPMs running,  
but these were red-hat patches because the same combinations didn't  
work when compiled from source.
This was not a stable combination, as mod_perl-1.99 was never  
"release" software.  We do support the transitional API, but its only  
known to work on RH systems.
Nowadays you definitely want to be using mod_perl2 with Apache2.
