[ome-users] Should we export manual annotations?

Based on Graham's recent code submission, I'm considering adding all 
manual annotations to the default export set. The biggest reason we 
haven't included post-import image data in the past is that derived 
results can easily inflate the file size. Manual annotations will never 
get too big though. It would be an easy enough change.

It won't be a panacea for selective filtering, but it might be an 
improvement.

Thoughts?
