[ome-users] Importing Images...

We currently have OME installed and are having problems getting it to
Import Images.  The page to start the Import seems to be find, we are
able to select images and datasets.  Once "Import Files" is click it
take us to the tasks page where it says that the task is "In Progress"
and its "starting import".  After 20-30 minutes that status is "DIED"
and error is "Task died for unknown reasongs".  Has any body seen these
and where can I look for error message.  I have looked in the http logs,
but can't find anything definite.  
 
We are running OME v2.4.0, postgres 7.4.8, and CentOS 3.5
