The importer style looks like it will be similar to
src/perl2/OME/ImportEngine/MetamorphHTDFormat.pm, so this would
probably be the most useful example.
This format also has a run-file describing a bunch of images from a
plate(s), though the format of the images in this case is TIFF.
BMPreader.pm in the same directory is an importer for a non-tiff format
used by the Beckman IC100 - another high-content screening instrument
for 384-well plates.
Hopefully these will be useful. Please don't hesitate to ask
questions. That's why we're here.
