[ome-users] create category

Bernd et al-

Have just been demoing OME CVS system, with me running on OSX Firefox  
and remote site on XP IE.  There are many Javascript errors, giving  
blank pages, errors, etc.  i couldn't log because this was at a  
remote site.  i will try to reporduce and log.  Bernd, is there any  
reason you need to use CVS.  That is living dangerously...
