If the repositories table is not setup correctly you will not see what
you expect. There are no environment variables or other configuration
options besides the database table.

Did you try and access install computer one from install computer two?
or vice versa? If so then an OMEIS repository is available at
"http://localhost/cgi-bin/omeis" it's just not the correct one.
