[ome-devel] Java flavour recommendation

Dear all,

while planning the migration of our OMERO installation to a new machine 
(and a new OS version), we were wondering if there is any argument for 
using one or the other from OpenJDK or Oracle's Java flavour?

Are there differences in performance?
