Subject: [ome-devel] BD pathway ratiometric images
Hi,
I'm attempting to open a BD Pathway data set using bio-formats 5.1.8. The data set has ratiometric channels that are saved as "* - n*.tif" and "* - d*.tif" files under the same channel name.
The BDReader reads about the double number of time points for this channel, the first half are the numerator (*n*.tif) channel, the other half is blank. Looking the BDReader.java code it appears that only loading of the n*.tif files is coded.
Does anyone have experience with opening such recordings?
Best,
Akos
