[ome-devel] Euro-BioImaging Image Data Repository Survey

Dear All,


We are writing as members of Euro-BioImaging's Work Package 6, "Delivering Usable Data Resources for Euro-BioImaging". This work package aims to deliver usable data resources for the whole Euro-BioImaging community.


As part of this work, we have prepared a survey that will help build the first catalogue of image data repositories, covering the domains of biological microscopy, preclinical imaging and medical imaging, and all imaging modalities included in Euro-BioImaging. We would be grateful if you could complete this survey describing any image data repository that you know of, build or maintain. The survey will open on Monday, June 27 and close on Friday, July 15th.
