[ome-devel] Supported ZeroC Ice versions for 5.1 and later releases

Yup, looks good.

I think it's a really good thing to always recommend newer-if-possible as
that way when we have to make this decision about when to drop support
again, there will be a lot fewer people on the older dependencies.
