Hi Melissa,
Thanks for the the ticket, I will appreciate a multi-file exporter from imageJ. Currently we like to use EditTiffComments.class from Bioformats for that. 

ScanR importer is very stable and we hope to report about Zeiss and Leica soon. It will be great if you can help us with those, both companies have lately extended their formats.

Leica has multiple OME-TIF with some OME-XML header organized in folders.
And Zeiss has multiple LSM with MDB database.

We have example datasets from both but I cannot connect to your ftp. Is it down?
