We do, a good place to start for the server is:

Basically you must install our cross-language "next generation"  
server in order to use the Matlab API, it speaks to the same  
database, etc. it just provides another way in.

The client library is described here:

Right now the API is functional, if missing a few "helper" classes  
and a bit of documentation. As we go forward the plan is to extend  
both of these and provide some scheduling interfaces but that has  
admittedly been road-mapped poorly at present.
