[ome-devel] OME-XML Major Version Release (Update)

Hello,

The ome.xsd schema file for the 2008-09 release has been updated.

This is a small correction of a few typos so the file has just been  
updated in place. If you downloaded the schema files this week I  
would recommend you get this new version.

They types of Transmittance (PercentFraction was xsd:integer) and  
RepetitionRate (xsd:float was xsd:boolean) have been corrected along  
with a few other small updates.
