Thanks for your email.  We'd love to help you get up and running.

Can you provide our team with some more info-- server logs, output  
etc.  What type of images did you import?  Any more details about  
login etc?

BTW, see the Starting Points at http://trac.openmicroscopy.org.uk/ 
omero. These may help solve the problem.
