Correction, this line:
			my @predeclared_outputs = $image_import_module->outputs();
Should be:
			my @predeclared_outputs = $mex->module->outputs();

The corrected file is attached. Currently it doesn't make a difference 
in output, but it would if you switched to loading a custom annotation 
module that predeclared the type of some outputs.
