[ome-devel] OME Meeting at ASCB 2005

Hello-

On behalf of the Open Microscopy Environment (OME) consortium we  
would like to invite you to “An Evening with OME” a user and  
developer meeting being held to coincide with the 2005 American  
Society for Cell Biology Meeting on Sunday, Dec. 11, 7:30 pm - 10:00  
pm. The OME project has advanced steadily since our last meeting with  
our commercial and academic partners and this forum will be a great  
opportunity for discussion and dialogue between the core OME  
developers and the commercial and academic users and co-developers.  
The presentations will include an introduction to OME for those who  
aren’t familiar with the project, as well as more detailed  
discussions of technology and use.  Most importantly, we need  
suggestions and feedback on how the project needs to improve and  
drive its future directions.

This meeting will be held on Dec 11th at 7:30pm at the San Francisco  
Marriott, 55 Fourth Street San Francisco, California 94103.

All interested parties are welcome.   We will post the program for  
the meeting on the OME web site in the next day.  The meeting is free  
and open to anyone interested.
