[ome-devel] RedHat preparation script repaired

Made the following repairs to the script that prepares a RedHat system for OME install.
1) Fixed a syntax error (cough - how embarassing)
2) Install GD perl module on non-RH8
3) Add "user" param to postgres permissions file on non-RH8

Also added Joliet to the ISO, so it's non-8.3 on Windows systems.
