Dear All-
Many of you have challenges in object recognition and tracking in your timelapse imaging. Tracking cells or subcellular objects is a common problem in light microscopy, but one that often requires special software.
As part of the OME project, we've teamed up with Gaudenz Danuser's lab (HMS: http://lccb.hms.harvard.edu/) to integrate all their cell and object tracking resources with OMERO, OME's data management system built here at Dundee (http://openmicroscopy.org). We've now completed the integration and are nearing the stage for testing of this new resource. If you've got images that would benefit from this analysis, or given up on other solutions, let us know. We're looking for a few groups to join us testing the software and hopefully sharing the benefits.
Please do contact me if interested.
Cheers,
Jason
