[lm-announce] LMF Filesystem maintenance

Dear colleagues

The LMF Filesystems NFS access will be offline during our Tuesday's planned maintenance window (7am -9am)
This effectively means the LMF will be unavailable on Deltavision microscopes, and Linux workstations.
Those accessing it via samba (i.e. Windows and Macs) will be unaffected.
We have recently cross mounted the /lmf and /lifesci filesystems and this Tuesday's work is necessary in-order for users to be able to mount both filesystems simultaneously.
This is a minor change and we don't expect NFS access to be offline for long, neither do we expect any issues. If this is going to negatively affect anyone's work, please let us know as soon as possible.
