[lm-announce] recalls of migrated files

Dear Colleagues

We have a service engineer who is coming to replace some part on the tape backup system this morning. During that time, recalls of files migrated to tape will not be possible. This should affect very few users who would have wanted to recall archived files this morning. If you have any concerns in light of this work, please contact us.
