[lm-announce] lmf filesystem

Dear Colleagues

The are currently issues with the backup system which affect restore of files that were migrated to tape (HSM). lmf access also gets slow as a result. We have decided to deactivate the HSM system on the lmf servers and this means you wont be able to recall files while these issues are getting fixed.
