Dear All,

Following an intense period of field engineer activity in LMF the
microscopes worked on are now functioning as follows:

1. LMF Spectris - Fully functional (Z motor problems fixed. Low
DAPI intensity fixed. Thoroughly cleaned and aligned by field engineer)
2. LMF DV3 - fully functional (Thoroughly cleaned and aligned by
field engineer)
3. M floor Spectris - Transmitted light currently not working (there
is a desk lamp on top of the scope for finding cells by
brightfield). Otherwise fully functional (laser mirror repaired)
4. M floor DV3 - Fully functional.
5. 2nd floor Spectris - Fully functional.
6. M floor RT - fully functional (dirt on cameras cleaned)

The software on the above systems has been upgraded. Please let me
know if you suspect any bugs or if anything isn't working as you expect.

7. Leica SP2 - fully functional (543 laser replaced)
8. BioRad MPLSM (fully functional. Laser setup significantly
altered - please see me before use)

As always, please contact me if you have any questions.

Cheers,
Sam
