[lm-announce] Light Microscope Filesystem upgrade

The proposed upgrade of the Light Microscope Filesystem tomorrow morning
has had to be cancelled because the updated version of GPFS is not want
to install on our system.

IBM have been contacted and hopefully the situation can be resolved in
time for next weeks Tuesday maintenance window.
