Dear All,

Please read the following carefully -

1.  One of our workstations - Kauai - has developed a fault with its  
hard drive. A replacement has been ordered.  I will let you know when  
this is fixed, but until then this system is unusable.

2.  General courtesy - please only use one workstation at a time.

3.  Data on workstations - the workstations are nearly full again.   
This not only causes problems for other users when they become too  
full to use, but if this means you are not backing up your data you  
will lose it if the hard drives crash.  I have asked Chris to wipe  
all local user data from the workstation on Monday morning.  Given  
that this continues to be a problem, I will wipe all local data once  
a week on ALL our workstations.  If any of you have left data on  
these workstations that has not been backed up, you have the weekend  
to sort it out.
