Dear All,

Just a friendly reminder that we do need you to properly book and log 
your use on all of the microscopes, regardless of which group you are 
in.  Just to patronise you a little bit, that means you need to book on 
the calendar even if you're in at 2 o'clock in the morning and you 
always need to fill in the log book next to the scope you're using.  It 
probably reeks of pointless bureaucracy to most of you, but we do need 
to be able to demonstrate usage rates to the powers that be in order 
that we don't get asked to put any of the apparently underused 
microscopes on ebay.
