Sorry for the slow reply! You can load both channels by going to File>Load Polarisation Resolved Data...
There have been some improvements in the anisotropy analysis in the new version which will be released soon. You can try it out here:

Subject: [FLIMfit-users] Importing .sdt file for Anisotropy analysis
Dear all,
I would like to analyses my time-resolved polarization data with FLIMfit 5.1.1. The data is acquired with two B&H SPC150 modules each connected to a HPM detector.
The point is that each time I load the .sdt data, only one of the channel can be loaded. Would anybody know hot properly load data for anisotropy analysis?
