Hi again,

Thanks for the update to Andor TIFF!

The OME metadata is looking better and better!

However, it seems the units are out by a factor of 1000 (and rounding to 3
dp could neaten the data too):

e.g.:

<Plane DeltaT="5.948" DeltaTUnit="s" PositionX="0.0"
PositionXUnit="reference frame" PositionY="0.0" PositionYUnit="reference
frame" PositionZ="0.11978500000000009" PositionZUnit="µm" TheC="0" TheT="0"
TheZ="0"/>

PositionZ should be 119.785 in this case.

Please let me know if you need another example image?
