I think so.  I can reproduce this with 5.0.0, 5.0.1 and 5.0.3-rc
(current dev_5_0).  I don't see it working correctly with 5.0.0 (same
revision, but my own build).

The problem is that PhysicalSizeX is set to 1.0 which messes up the
pixel aspect ratio.  PhysicalSizeY is correct.  It looks like they
should both be the value of PhysicalSizeY.
