Before 4.1, it was possible to set the permissions on a per-object
basis, which allowed users to share objects within and between
groups. This turned out to be too flexible. Too many edge cases were
possible, the implications of which no user would expect.

Therefore, in 4.1, we reduced all permissions to private to give us
time to correct the situation. In 4.2, permissions can again be
properly managed, but on a per-group basis.

An entire group is either private, read-only collaborative, or fully
collaborative. (Other options may be made available in upcoming
versions). An object graph is guaranteed to be entirely in a single
group, preventing the issues with the pre-4.1 permissions system. You
