[ome-users] Omero Build Error on WinXP

Attempts to perform an Omero build on WinXP results in errors as
follows:

1) Memory exception w/ Slice2html.exe just after "icegen2:" as follows:

	a) ' "slice23html.exe - Application Error
	The instruction at "0x7c910f29" referenced memory at
"0x010e01df". The memory could not be "read".'

	b) Console output as follows:
