[ome-users] Server field in webadmin, webclient is redundant

On the login form of webadmin and webclient there is the field called Server that is set 
to "---------" or "localhost:4063".

In my opinion, this field should be removed because the server is selected by the http:// 
page address and so it does not bring anything to the login process. It brings only 
inconvenience to the user forced to change the entry from "----" to "localhost" every time 
(and this 2nd entry is not sticky).

I understand it is done to have the same login form for web application and standalone 
clients, but the two things are sufficiently distinct to deserve different login screens.
