[ome-users] Refuses to import (partial answer)

Partially answering my own question.

Seems the problem is related to java. Probably OME is picking up the GNU java executable
instead of the Sun java one.

At least this problem is evident using the Loci bftools.

Now I have to force OME to call the right java executable. Suggestions?
