[ome-devel] Email notification upon first login

Dear all,

I was wondering if it is possible to automatically send out an email to 
the administrators when someone logs on to an OMERO instance for the 
first time ever.

Background is that we need to do the group assignment manually and we've 
already had a couple of users that just started using OMERO without 
informing us, no matter what we told them (or why). So I thought it 
might just come in handy to get an email upon someone logging in for the 
first time.
