[ome-devel] Mask BinData

While working on the MetadataConverter C++ implementation, I noticed
that the MetadataStore setMaskBinData method was not used, and further
investigation showed that:

- there is no corresponding getMaskBinData in MetadataRetrieve
- setMaskBinData is just a stub containing "TODO"
- the BinData model object doesn't have any obvious code to
[de]serialise the bindata content
- The Mask BinData methods are not being generated; e.g. there's no
endian or length methods.

Is this part of the model actually functional or is it in need of work
to bring it to completion?
