[ome-devel] Spreadsheet Importer

Oh, VBA is here and now.
Attached is a preliminary version of an OME client built in Excel.  It 
was built mainly for using with Find Spots but has some generality as 
well.
I'm still not completely sure what to do with it beyond Find Spots.
